Arrived late in the evening after having car troubles, but there was still a smiling friendly face waiting to check us in. They even gave us the option of a late check-out so we could sleep in and catch up with some sleep. The hotel was not crowded and was nice and quiet even during the day. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, everything worked well and the bed was great. The location was easy to find and close to shopping & dining. I am definitely staying here next time I'm in town.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice man at the desk. He checked us in promptly. I had asked if he had any recommendations for food and he suggested a great mexican restaurant. When we walked in to the room I did not like the funky smell. The bed was confortable and the bathroom seemed to be falling apart. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel...I wouldnt recommend it. I really liked the location. It was in the middle of everything where my husband and i wanted to go. This hotel was border line average...

Very convenient as it is right off I-70. We had 2 rooms with king beds and they were fine. Typical layout with small fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, easy chair, desk, etc. There was free wireless as well and decent size bathroom. Price was only about $70/night which I thought was reasonable.

Staff provided bottled water on arrival and I thought the lounge area was fine. They have a small place to buy sundries and a Sporting Grill restaurant attached. Plenty of other places to eat very nearby and I'd recommend the Dillon Dam Brewery. Place has a pool but we didn't use it. Wasn't busy when we were there and it was quiet.

Don't think I could rate this very good but do think it was a decent place to stay based on our experience.

Website made hotel look good as always. Lobby area was nice and clean. Had to get to room in back door. Convenient but filthy. Room needs makeover as floors were dirty ceiling molded and bathroom door broken up. Beds were horrible hard and small!!! Not worth 100 bucks!

First of all, I need to point out that I was hesitant to stay here based on the reviews, but we chose it anyway because of the convenient location after a day at A-Basin.
Upon check-in, there was no acknowledgment of Priority Club status, no "thank you," not even a bottle of water. This, to me, is a major error on the part of hotel staff and a potential deterrent for other Priority Club members from choosing this establishment. Secondly, there was no mention of an on-site restaurant, pool, sauna, or any of the other amenities or services offered. We were handed our keys and told how to get to our room. Staff should certainly take the opportunity to promote the on-site restaurant to patrons, if nothing else.
As stated by others, the property is tired and in need of a deep clean. The room had a sour odor and our view was of the parking lot.
On a positive note, the room was surprisingly quiet and the bed very comfortable. We did enjoy the sauna and pool. Location is very convenient to Breckenridge and Keystone. For those reasons, I rate it a 3.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that has a view...other than the parking lot.
