We travel to Colorado, and to Frisco every April and one of the things we look forward to most is our dinner at Silverheels. Yes, the sidewalk outside needs repair, and if they're busy the waiter or waitress may not be able to fawn over you (we've never had that problem), but it's really about the food. Tonight the restaurant wasn't busy and our waitress was very attentive. We shared our usual Chicken Lettuce Wraps - fresh and light and yummy! I enjoyed the Raspberry Glazed Pork chop, which was tender and juicy, with stuffing and mashed potatoes. My husband had the Rubbed Salmon and BBQ scallop special. Which he enjoyed very much. Unfortunately I do have to knock them on their butter and bread - the butter was over flavored with raspberry and the bread was nothing special and on the stale side, but that won't keep us from going back!
