We were doing a two day fishing trip based out of Frisco. The price and TA rating led us to the Summit Inn. Beds were good, room and amenities were average. The whole inn is dimly lit including the rooms. It was a good option for us because we were not going to spend much time there. Overall a good option for affordable stay in Summit County.

it wasnt a bad hotel, but could use a good cleaning. The breakfast was ridiculous.. a pitcher of warm orange juice, 1 muffin, 2 pre-packaged sweet rolls and some white bread slices. it worked because we were only there for one night, but we won't be staying there again.

We stayed here two nights while hiking in breckenridge. This hotel was recently redone, trim ,carpet ,furniture ,and nice refridgerator. Good location close to grocery stores and restaurants. No elevators here. They breakfast is not good but love the eating tables. Bring your own food. Ice is available downstairs. We will go again. Very reasonable.

Clean rooms, decor a bit dated but functional and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent continential breakfast! Food was fresh and hot. Great central location for skiing and sight seeing.

We stayed here for two nights during a weekend stay in Frisco. We usually stay somewhere else, but didn't need a pool, so decided to give the Summit Inn a chance as it was cheaper. The room was very clean and quiet (we were facing away from I-70 and did not notice any noise). The room was a little cramped and seriously outdated, but the bed was comfortable. For a short stay where we were out of the room most of the time, the small room was not an issue. Breakfast was a bust, eating packaged pastries and/or bagels wasn't for us. The coffee was good and appreciated. Would recommend for a short stay.
