LOVED the casual, friendly and comfortable feel of this place and it's staff: more like staying with family acquaintances in a large home rather than a hotel/motel. Main sitting area next to reception area has a long table, other casual seating areas and another room with tables where you can enjoy their fabulous breakfast with made-to-order cappuccino/latte, & afternoon wine & hor dourves. Complimentary DVDs and hybrid mountain bikes (good enough for intermediate mountain biking) and an outdoor hot tub in adorable patio area that was enjoyed immensely after a full day bike ride. Unfortunately, we had to leave early Sunday (so missed breakfast) but staff brought breakfast items to our room Saturday afternoon (on cute silver platter) to put in frig and enjoy in the the next morning. King bed and pillows were very comfortable, RIght in town, so walk to everything, and bike trails just across street from town.
Only "complaints" I would have would be little space to hang clothes (maybe add more hooks in the entryway) & vent fan in bathroom was loud, and only one switch for fan & light so you could not turn light on separately.
If ever have the pleasure of returning to Frisco area, would look no further than here (so save me a room;))More
