A great place to stay. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. A must stay for just a weekend or any time that you just want to get away. The town is friendly and very beautiful. And so easy to drive to Breck.

With all that Frisco and Summit County have to offer you will probably need atleast a week to see it all. Yes, Breck is only 9 miles from us so a quick drive or an easy free ride on the Summit Stage Bus. We pride ourselves on superior customer service and being "Your Home Away from Home". We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others.

The staff was so friendly, breakfast was great. Rooms were small, but I think that is what I expected in bed and breakfast. Great location right in the center of town so we could walk everywhere. The staff was also well informed on places to adventure too!

Michelle

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others. Our staff spends a lot of time exploring the town so we can share some of Frisco's hidden gems with our guests. We are in the process of hiring a professional chef so the "great" breakfast should be amazing next time you visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

I stay here everytime I come into town. I always feel like family! Hot breakfast, friendly staff, great location, clean rooms. A much better experience than the sterile big hotels! I will continue staying here.

I'll be back. Would recommend to friends..... and have. The main house has a lot of character. The location is right on Main Street with easy access to restaurants and shopping; and bike trails! We enjoyed meeting new people and the breakfast was awesome.

We strive to be "your home away from home" and it sounds like we achieved that goal during your stay. We are glad that Frisco offers so many restaurants and stores along Main Street. We look forward to seeing you the next time your in Frisco.

The cottage was a disappointment. Dirty upon arrival. Male staff member said there was nothing he could do about having it cleaned. He didn't seem to care. Very poor customer service. Cottage filled with dated furniture which was covered in animal hair. Kitchen floor dirty, hair and lettuce in refrigerator, clump of animal hair in shower, black stuff on toilet, gross stuff in floor vents which were lighted at night. Grass in back yard was a foot high. Are breakfast one morning which was nothing great. Wine and appetizers in evening was nice. We left a day early and they refunded us for one nights stay. It was not about not having daily cleaning service but we were upset the cottage was dirty upon arrival.

Dear Danna,
I am very sorry to hear that your experience in our cottage was not a pleasant one. I assure you the cottage was cleaned prior to your arrival. Cory notified me immediately after you spoke with him. I attempted to contact you, left a message, and did not hear back.
There is a cellar beneath the dining room. The light switch for it is in the dining room. The light does shine through a floor vent by the kitchen, if on.
I refunded your sixth night stay and the pet charge included with it immediately.
We do not provide daily housekeeping to guests at the cottage, especially when they have a pet. This policy is for the safety and security of your pet as well as the safety of our housekeeping staff. Cory and I have discussed training, and communication, to ensure guests understand our policies with the cottage.
I hope you enjoyed Frisco and the beautiful area surrounding it while you were here.

Regards,
Susan Wentworth, Owner
