We spent a night in one of the lodge rooms. The room was very nice. Clean. Updated There was a refrigerator and small sink , counter and cupboards. Our price included wine and cheese at the B&B at 5:00. We enjoyed visiting with the other guests. Then we had a cooked to order omelet in the dining room in the morning. Everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed being right on the Main Street and wandering around town. Great value and will defintely return.

Denver is 91degrees. Frisco is a perfect 69 degrees. In the spring and summer time the coolest place to vacation is the Colorado mountain towns. Open up your bed and breakfast window and you have your air-condition. The Frisco lodge was very nice. Thank you fort the gift basket. It was very nice.

We stayed two nights recently at the Frisco Lodge. Upon arrival, there was a happy hour, including homemade soup, appetizers and local wine. It was great to socialize with others and wind down after the drive. Our room had SUCH a cozy bed and great views. We woke up to a wonderful breakfast, (included with stay) of poached eggs, sausage patties, hollandais sauce, homemage granola and fruit. WOW! We were supposed to ski, but opted to walk the town all day instead. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown. You do not need to drive anywhere, Such a great place!!

My fiancé and I loved the Frisco Lodge!! Great location to ski a different mountain every day. We stay in so many bed and breakfasts and we always have a stashed away protein bar ready because we never like the breakfasts....this is a completely different story. Seriously the best breakfast ever, the woman running the show there, i think her name was Tonya was so awesome and a very talented chef. Fresh, creative breakfasts! Yum! Would definitely stay there again!!

Room Tip: Book early, they sell out fast

My husband didn't come to frisco to ski. We were passing through on our way to Virginia from Nevada. We don't normally stay in places like this. Usually just the cheapy hotels, so I was very impressed. I loved this place. It was so cute! The room was decorated in an older fashion- floral wall paper, wrought iron bed frame, etc. Maybe reminiscent of a haunted type of place. But I like stuff like that! There were robes in the bathroom. AWESOME. The bed was comfy. They had a hot tub outside which was WONDERFUL to go in when it was probably 10 degress outside. And the breakfast was SO good. There was a cute old dog hanging out around the breakfast table. He just sat under it and put his head in my lap just waiting for some scraps. So cute :) The staff were really friendly too. It was overall a really nice experience. I'd definitely stay again.

Good value for the money--no frills, but comfy and clean. Very convenient for our ski vacation to Copper Mtn. A bus that stops near the hotel takes you to the slopes and the hotel sells discounted lift tix for the local resorts. We would stay here again. Our only complaint was that the breakfast wasn't so great--some B&Bs go crazy with their breakfast offerings, and this was not the case here. But there are other good options in town for a quick pre-ski breakfast. And they offer a nice happy hour with complementary wine.

Room Tip: Room 20 is on the backside of the hotel and has one shared wall and one outside wall, which makes it...

A warm welcome along the old stagecoach route in Frisco. The family pride shines through in this well-managed, eclectic, historic property right on Main Street, at the foot of Mount Royal and a short drive to various ski resorts. The price might be the same as renting a more modern facility, but what you also get are fresh hot cappucino or latte made to your specs upon emerging from your room, a delicious buffet breakfast (homemade-tasting yogurt, fresh fruit, inventive egg frittatas, fresh-baked pumpkin bread), a cozy welcome from Max the retriever, and, later, a relaxed apres-ski glass of wine and cheese.

Room Tip: Rooms in the main lodge are old and small, but charming and clean with comfy beds. The North Lodge i...
