Short rib and halibut entrees were both excellent and bread pudding is unbelievable Lobster bisque had nice flavors but not much lobster flavor would be the only negative I could think of

Everything about this place is great. The quaint town of Frisco, CO, the second-floor location of the restaurant inside a very European-looking courtyard, the wood ceiling, eco-friendly napkin holders (it's something else!). Menu is quite extensive and there are a lot of specials. We tried mussels in Portugese style sause. It was the best I've ever tried! Pear and walnut salad with goat cheese was delicious, as well as duck (Vinny's specialty) and chicken roulades stuffed with spinach, feta and truffles. Absolutely wonderful bread pudding dessert! Most of the ingredients are local, everything is organic and clean.
Our server was very helpful, he explained every dish, its components, how it was made. And the hostess was so nice: when one person in our party complained about her headache she brought Advil to aleviate her pain.
Price is not cheap but still reasonable. Five of us paid about $160 which included appetizer, entrees, two beers, dessert and teas.

We arrived early, so we given a table with a view of the courtyard, which was beautifully lit. The setting is small and intimate. Service was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband order the duck, one of their specialities, and he loved it. I had Sole Roulade which was amazing. The presentation was lovely. I wish we lived in the area so we could go back there. If we visit here again, we definitely will.

Recommended through a friend we met while traveling in Maui. Was staying in Breckenridge and had never visited Frisco. Frisco is a quaint little mountain town filled with great shops and friendly locals and is only a 10 minute drive from Peak 7. There is easy access and parking without the resort town feel. First time visiting and we had great service and relaxing atmosphere. we chose to sit in the bar area and were quite happy. The menu changes with seaons and offers something for everyone. The food is creative and has quite and extensive bar menu. We enjoyed the food so much that we made a second visit on our last night in Breckenridge. We had every appetizer on the menu and ended up ordering 14 of them for our party of six. We were there during happy hour (4-6pm) and appetizers are only $5.00. This is truly gourmet food with the best ingredients; and nearly everything is Home-Made! Met Sarah (Vinny's wife) and their staff is quite friendly and entertaining! As for a suggestion of what to order, everything on the menu was delicious!!

We visited Vinny's with 2 other couples on a recent weekday night. The dining room was packed with at least 4 other large tables. Nevertheless the food and service were both delightful. The mussels in a fennel sausage and tomato sauce were one of the best appetizers I've ever had. Others enjoyed the mushroom strudel or the pear and fig salad. All of the entrees from lamb to veal to chicken to duck were all first rate. We all enjoyed our food so much no one had room for dessert. Definitely worth a visit!
