Owner description: The Frisco Adventure Park is minutes from Frisco's charming Main Street, and in the winter, hosts a lift assisted tubing hill and a beginner ski/ride hill, as well as over 45k of cross-country ski/snowshoe trails and horse drawn sleigh ride dinners. The beginner ski/ride hill located adjacent to the tubing hill offers lessons taught by Copper Mountain instructors in the most laid back and easy going environment possible- a friendly surface lift to get you up the hill, a cozy lodge, free parking right next to the hill and instructors who will help you graduate to the "big mountain" at Copper. But remember- you can tackle this hill without instructors if you choose, and it is perfect for kids and adults alike. The Adventure Park sits on the beautiful Frisco Peninsula and is surrounded by Dillon Reservoir affording unforgettable water and mountain views in every direction. And in the summer, the Frisco Adventure Park boasts great free amenities including miles of mountain biking/hiking/running trails, a bike park, a skate park and a disc golf course. Camping is also available on National Forest Service land on the Peninsula. The Adventure Park Day Lodge offers free bathrooms and a comfortable base camp for activities year-round and hosts special and private events including weddings, family reunions, bike/running races and birthdays.

“Great Tubing Hill”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 5, 2014

The most convenient tubing hill in the area, where you check in an immediately go tubing.Lots of shutes and scheduling that means you do not have long waits. Longest runs of any of the tubing hills, which means you spend less time on the magic carpet. Awesome Penguin safety video. You do have a bit of a walk from the bottom of the hill to go back up the magic carpet. The Day Lodge is a nice place for folks to hang out before or after their tubing adventure or for those who might not want to go or for children who do not meet the 36" height minimum. There is a public classic sledding hill to the north of the parking lots if you have sleds and some members of your family are too young for tubing. Each child has to be in their own tube but you can hang onto their tube if young children are nervous about going by themselves, or more likely their parents are too afraid to let them. The group tube - up to four tubes, with a spin is blast and great for a GoPro movies.

“What a Blast!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 27, 2013

Took the whole family to do some tubing, we all had a blast, including the adults. Great family fun. Very organized operation with friendly and courteous staff. I think 1 hour is enough time, we (group of 5) did the it 6 times. Not too bad for $25.00, the "magic carpet" (conveyor belt ramp) really helps to expedite the whole process of going up. Would recommend to anyone!

“Had a blast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 27, 2013

Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents thoroughly enjoyed our hour of tubing at Frisco Adventure Park. I'm only giving 4 stars because it is pricey during the holiday season ($28 per person) for one hour. But when planning this day trip, that seems to be the going rate for tubing in the mountains. The tubing runs were excellent and there was just the right amount of people there -- no long waits for runs. We were able to get in 6 runs in the 1 hour.

“A great time!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 18, 2013

My boyfriend and I went tubing here and it was a great experience start to finish. The reservation was made online easily, with $10/person deposits. We had no problems at registration, and only had to pay the balance. The staff were very friendly and inviting. After a day of skiing yesterday, this was such a fun time with shorter term terror, unlike local ski trails. The runs were very well maintained and the magic carpet lift made it easy. Got to strap my boyfriend tube to mine to go downhills and it was really fun. There is a nice canteen area inside where sodas and hot beverages are sold for very cheap, non-resort, prices. One hour was more than enough time to tube down the hills and ride the lift back up around 7 times. Very inexpensive and stress-free. Highly recommend!

“Tubing Fun!”

We do not ski. Our family had so much fun tubing at the Frisco Nordic or Aventure Park. We took some great pictures and videos. The staff really made our time there so much fun.
