This is really a bed and breakfast, rather than an inn or hotel. Great Place, Nice Rooms, Friendly Staff. Breakfast was so, so, but afternoon snacks and wine was a nice touch. This is a gem in the Rockies at an affordable price. I booked through Hotels.com like I always do, i never change the number of people that are staying in the room and never have any issues if I take the wife and kids. When we showed up we were told that the room i booked was for two people, but they kids were with us this time. 3 and 4 year old, they charged extra for one of the kids, wasn't a big deal but when you book, make sure to note how many people will be staying in your room. We will be returning, and next time I'll book it right!
Thanks Guys!

We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Inn on Galena. A short walk to main street and the free summit county buses. Boot dryers, pool table, DVD's to watch. with a warm and inviting public space. Great happy hour wine and apps even hot soup. Cooked to order breakfast -one choice. We had eggs benedict, some that wanted scrambled eggs had to wait as all the burners were busy making home fries, poached eggs and hollandaise. but they could have had a perfectly poached egg quickly. Standard cereal juce bar but made to order lattes-- with steamed milk, not the button push mix junk.
Comfy beds though our room was a little too warm, Our fault, we could have asked for our heat to be turned down before 10:30pm.

The Inn was situated perfectly near the town center. warm and cozy rooms. Walking distance from everything. Bus Stop to Copper/Breck is just half a block away. Great for a weekend stay. Breakfast to serve was such a great touch!

Thanks for your great review! I'm happy that you enjoyed our central location just steps off Main Street so you are close to all of the great shops and restaurants, but just far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of our mountain location. We look forward to your next visit!

Spent a weekend here in late January for a romantic ski weekend get away. Staff went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. Very attentive and willing to do extra to make arrangements. Very pleased and will definitely be back.

We try to stay here whenever possible. The wine and cheese in the afternoon is a nice treat after a day of skiing or shopping. Very centrally located in downtown Frisco. Near all the good shopping on Main Street. It's right on the bike path in Frisco which will take you to the lake or many other destinations in the area. As well as, many ski resorts within minutes.

A small inn, with a extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast and an afternoon "happy hour" which js practically dinner if you skied tbe entire day. They also know everything on any of the resorts, so dont forget to ask.
I would give a 6'th star if it was possible.
