This was a great hotel for our family. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was both an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub, which was very nice after a long day of driving. The breakfast was better than other La Quintas I've stayed at. We stay at La Quinta frequently when we travel and this was one of the better ones. The price was also very reasonable. It was not in the downtown area of Fort Collins but downtown was a short easy drive.

I was traveling with a pet, so as normal I picked the La Quinta!

Well, it was on the lesser quality end. There was a dog area right outside, it was sorta small. But this didn't stop my dog.

The hotel doesn't look like a La Quinta, so that was a little surprise. Not a bad thing though. However, the hotel feels very 80's / 90's. It's a weird decor/feeling. Hard to explain.

Inside the room, there were a few beetles that came out when we turned on the fan. Not much you can do about that though.

The towels were decent, I've definitely seen worse. The room was clean, but very worn and tired. The mattresses were also very clean. I recently stayed in a La Quinta with dirty mattresses so I was a little afraid of what I'd find (I do a bed bug check, and it came up clean).

The breakfast was one of the better ones at La Quinta. There were sausage, eggs, waffles (W/ STRAWBERRIES WOOOHOO), cereal, mini muffins, juice, coffee (with vanilla cappuccino's even!).

I would have stayed somewhere else if I ended up spending another night here. I doubt I would stay there again. But that is simply because there seemed to be better quality options close by. If they didn't exist, then I'd probably stay here again. It wasn't terrible, just sorta meh.

The staff was very friendly!

It's right off the 25. Very easy to find.

The hotel was once a very nice property as a result there are some nice amenities such as two pools, hot tub and sauna. All were clean and well cared for. Good breakfast that changed each day. Staff was wonderful! Great value.

It is OK, but very low budget What happened to La Quinta? They used to be so good. Horrible breakfast--total waste of money if no one eats it. There are a lot of interesting characters around there. Also under staffed

We stayed 2 nights and had not too many complaints. There were children running in the halls above our head but the night clerk took care of it. The capuchino vanilla coffee for breakfast was very good. The omelette was very dry. There is a large sitting area which is nice. The swimming pool seemed to be well used. There is also a hot tub.

Hotels in college towns seem overall very pricy for what you get, and this hotel is no exception. I stay at La Quinta fairly frequently in Arizona with one of my child's sport teams, and they are uniformly great-this hotel is a downgrade from those. This hotel doesn't have the distinctive La Quinta architecture, but seems to have been remodeled from another hotel chain.

The room itself was very nice and there are few complaints about it, but otherwise the property is unexceptional. Fort Collins is a great town, but this hotel is in an off-ramp location next to a Days Inn in an area that seems warehouse like and semi industrial - no stores, etc. to walk to nearby. None of the charm of Fort Collins in this location - must drive everywhere.

The public areas are shabby and sad. The business area with a computer to print out boarding passes has old computers with greasy keyboards. The computer desks were nicked and worn. Patterned furniture clashes with patterned carpets. Overall, the public areas seemed thrown together in a mishmash. This would be OK if the price of the room was low, but it wasn't - we paid $139 before tax for this room.

The front desk staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous.
