We didn't experiment much with breakfast, we stuck with traditional stuff and found it to be OK, not exceptional - no shortfalls other than 2 pieces of bacon with a standard breakfast is way too little- most serve 3 slices or even 4. The food was satisfactory or a little better - given the write-up, we expected more. The coffee was ordinary. The service was good.
What I would say is that the atmosphere here is a little classier than most breakfast places and the more creative dishes may be what would make this special.
