Looking for a decent restaurant for seafood in Fort Collins, Colorado we stumbled on Fish. This small, comfortable restaurant offers an entirely fresh fish and shellfish menu with interesting and varied preparations. My husband enjoyed Chincoteague Oysters as an appetizer and the Ahi rolls are not to be missed. The fish is very fresh and the staff knowledgeable about different fishes and what they offer in taste and texture. The portions are generous but not over the top and each entrée comes with salad and two sides. This was a great little find for some great seafood.

I usually don't try seafood when I'm in a small inland city. But Fish has changed my mine. Excellent food, a friendly well-informed staff and a nice mix of locals and out-of-towners makes this place a keeper.

This restaurant was one of the ones recommended by our B&B host and we weren't disappointed. The setting is homey, the space on the small side but the food was wonderful and the waitress knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant.

We ate lunch there based on trip advisors reviews and I have been sick for two days. Soup was the only good thing. Oysters old and dried out two where not edible. Gravlax was horrid. Will not return

We continue to be delighted with the fish creations that come from the kitchen. This time was for lunch--I got the usual creamy New England Clam Chowder--think it is bit too creamy to eat an entire bowl, so will cut back. By error, a fish stew was also served (no charge) and that was actually superior and displayed the talents of the cook. will reorder that. My female guests both had the trout special--great coleslaw and asparagus. Fish is struggling with the dilemma of costly fresh fish and pricing--a challenge for restaurants today. face it, fish is likely the costliest food to purchase and serve.
