When we visited this place in September with friends, we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only did they have really authentic english "Fish and Chips" but the menu also included such fare as "Bangers & Mash". Good authentic tasting food, HUGE portions. All in all, highly recommended!

There are quite a few places you could order fish and chips in Fort Collins, but Jimmy C's is the only restaurant that is devoted to the fish and chips. I had the Cod Fish and Chips Entree, which offers three choices of fish: Cod, Pollock or Haddock. With that comes a choice of traditional British sides: mushy peas or baked beans and other options such as cole slaw or a house salad.
The fish was well cooked and tasty, although the fries were rather ordinary.
Additionally, part of the restaurant was set aside for British groceries and goodies, along with Jimmy C's merchandise. Very handy if you like Cadbury chocolate or Heinz Baked Beans in a can.
The only drawback to the experience was that there was no air conditioning, and it was mid-summer. This definitely diminished the dining experience.

This is our new favorite place to eat! We've been there about ten times and have tried different items. But the Friday Night $25 Fish Dinner is a really great bargain. For $25 you get an appitiser of your choice and 4 pieces of fish with chips, two sides and two soft drinks. Or you can upgrade to a beer and get 25% off the price of the beer. My new favorite drink is the Bass Shandy which comes in a can and has a little Bass Ale in it. It's just light and refreshing over ice.
And now we are addicted to the Fried Candy Bars with ice cream. There are an assortment of candy bars to chose from and they fried them to perfection. YUMMY! They also serve Pasties and the Cornish Pastie is really tasty, but they also have a vegaterian one with spinish and feta cheese. They also sell a variety of British foods and now I'm addicted to Walker's Smokey Bacon Crisps. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are friendly. The only thing I don't like is the small parking lot because it is always packed but you can park off street.
