We went on a Friday night which is busy for most restaurants, but these folks didn't manage it well. Hostess told us it would be a 20 minute max wait - then seemed to forget about us until we checked in after 30. Took another 30 minutes to get our food - which was delicious and interesting pub fare. Beer and cocktails were tasty, but no updates from staff (hostess or server) to let us know they were backed up. Too bad - the product was quite good.

The food seemed somewhat on the healthy side...which I luv. Had the lobster roll which was very good. Also have some unique drinks made with their beer.

A restaurant focusing on local ingredients, and high-end pub fare, is a godsend in a college town, and Gravity 1020 does not disappoint. The beers from Fort Collins Brewery are decent (but not more than that), but the food is the star at this restaurant. They are not the cheapest place in town, but they are well worth a visit.

If your visiting for the first time, definitely try the taster flights so you can sample several of the beers before committing yourself - also, make sure you check their rotating schedule of seasonal and special brews, as these are generally better than their normal, full-time brews.

Service is generally very good, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The atmosphere is quite nice, with a very open feel - the only downside is the isolated location for the restaurant as it is several blocks from Ft Collins' Old Town, and so is off the track a bit.

On Sundays their brunch is absolutely excellent, and their self-serve Bloody Mary bar is worth the trip...

The lobster roll was delicately seasoned and nestled on the perfect light-yet-substantial roll. This is a winner, and the bread is truly unique.
