Ate here with some family, half of which included children under the age of 5. We were given a large booth which made it very comfortable.
Service was excellent. Everyone had a smile on their face and was eager to help. Our waitress smiled and happily continued to bring us multiple orders of appetizers, as the kids devoured them and we had to request more multiple times.
Food was exactly what you imagine in your head you want it to be. We have eaten on both sides of this restaurant and both were delicious. I find it difficult to find good lo mein, but this place met my expectations perfectly. My wife usually complains when we order sushi rolls that they are too big to eat, but these were perfect bite size pieces but no so small you felt you weren't getting your moneys worth.
The only downside I could possible offer for this place is the parking lot, which is not their fault. It is a little tighter and busy. Vehicles drive extremely too fast; they act as though it is a through street and not a parking lot where people (and kids) are walking around. We ate here once when there was a steady rain outside and cars did not slow down at all. Yet, while you are inside the restaurant you will not even remember the trouble about the parking lot.
