This is ultimately the biggest and funnest water park I have ever been too. This 70 acres water park has 50 very fast rides for all age kids and adults. The Thunder Bay big tidal wave pool is for a surfers dream in Denver. Family of 6 rafting white waters in a park was Epic! Go slow in Lazy River and Wally World for the little kids (5 and under)looked absolutely amazing. They did have lockers to lock stuff in. Alot of chairs to sit anywhere. Some shady, grassy places and fun cabanas to rent for birthdays or family gatherings. Living here in Colorado, the weather changes dramatically some days so make sure it will be 62° or hotter all day. Picnics, coolers, grills, umbrellas/shade structures and factory sealed beverages and containers are OK. NO alcoholic beverages or glass containers ALLOWED! No pets!! Park is seasonally summer opened from Memorial Day to the last week of August.
☀️ Highly recommended and I would go to the extent of saying if your in Denver during the summer this is a must DO! ☀️

They don’t put a cap on attendance so you will end up waiting 45-60 minutes for most rides. They also close way before daylight ends so you’re lucky to get in 5-6 attractions not including the wave pool. Also, very poorly designed slides make you haul your own huge 4 person round rafts up the hills to the top. Better water parks use conveyor belts to move rafts and tubes. You can pay a lot extra to have a tube waiting for you at the top which is not customer friendly it’s a money scam!

We had a great time - planned to spend about 3 hours and stayed all day! We chose a good time - mid-week and after many schools had started. No lines, not too hot, great fun!

Good fun but be prepared for long lines at popular rides (even on week days). Easy parking (free). Bring sunscreen and flip flops. Some ride will not let you wear water shoes. Food is adequate, moderately price for a park. Can bring in picnic foods. Park is clean and safe...attentive life guards. You and your teens will have lots fun if you go in with the right attitude about lines and mix it up with no line rides like the wave pool and lazy river. Lockers cost 1 dollar and take tokens purchased with credit cards or from attendant (does not take quarters).

Great water park with tons of rides, lines were long on popular rides...but that is normal. Hated walking tubes everywhere for rides with my kids, it wiped them out...so guess who carried everything. Next time I think it would be worth it to get the raft pass or what ever they call it to save the time and effort of hauling those monsters up the hills. That aside, great rides for all ages, mine are 7-13, and the wave pools are really fun. Got discounted tickets with King Soopers which saved a little cash, brought in our own cooler with snacks and lunch to save money (nice big lockers to store it all in - $12). Never been disappointed by this park, been going since I was a little kid and this was the first time I got to take my kids.
