El Burrito Grande is an excellent hole-in-the-wall restaurant with two locations in COS. While they have many menu choices, you should look no further than the dad's big burrito. Each burrito starts with a homemade tortilla, and then you have your choice of all the normal toppings. After sampling all of the meat options, I have concluded that the green chile pork is by far the best. Possibly the best meat filling I've ever had in a burrito. You aren't going to find ultra fresh ingredients or anything gourmet, but what you will find is the most delicious burrito in this city, possibly even this state. The breakfast burritos are incredible as well.
