As an employee for a new built hotel I was still very excited over our recent stay. Hotel is older, but very much cared for by a great staff. It has a very charming appeal to it as well. Had the best desk clerk upon check-in and another awesome one on check-out! Breakfast was great as well...only place I've ever found breakfast burritos as an option to a continental breakfast. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs are great!! :D Room was very clean and inviting!

Rooms are solid, well maintained. Staff is very friendly. We happened to have a room for 3 of us to share. Two beds and a roll away. Plenty of room for all of us and we were on the first floor with a patio. Breakfast is nice. The only thing about breakfast was the "orange juice" and "apple juice" they serve is quite awful. Barely juice at all, I imagine. Bar about a block away. Across from Walmart and a bunch of other stores.

The Quality Suites at Evergreen Parkway is somewhat out of town but still convenient to Golden, Evergreen, a trip to the casinos, or a jaunt to Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel sets on a slope overlooking I-70 with great views of the mountains. There is a McDonalds, Walmart, gas station, and several other shops within one-quarter mile. The El Rancho restaurant is within walking distance but I have not been impressed with its food or service (it is not part of the hotel). I prefer to drive into Golden and have a great pizza at Woodys on Main street. If you are going to Blackhawk, the Sunday champagne burnch at The Lodge is excellent.

We spent two nights at the hotel, September 24 and 25. It was our fourth time to stay there. The suites/rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has a self-service laundry room. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The included breakfast is excellent and much better than at most hotels. The eggs scrambled with sausage and jalapeno peppers is great!!! The staff also bake chocolate chip cookies twice a day for the guests and are available in the lobby. We have never had a problem of any kind there.

While not inexpensive, no nice hotels in the area offer a better value and a more comfortable stay. The hotel is relatively small with three floors and about 80 rooms so I recomend that you book early. I already have plans to return in April.

Room Tip: Rooms facing I-70 have the best views with little traffic noise.

If you need a really nice place to stay near Denver, do go here.
Great room, and great value- best views anywhere !
we were promised a balcony room off the front looking toward the mountains with the awesome view, but they gave our room away because there were wedding guests. So we
got a balcony overlooking a trash dumpster and a wall. This was disappointing !
Do not miss the el Rancho restaurant which is in the same parking lot as the hotel.
This place is a destination unto itself and is just awesome with amazing food and views.
Famous restaurant which President Eisenhower proclaimed as one of his Favs. The hotel
And restaurant face Rocky Mtn. National Park in the distance. Great decor with log beams
Will scream Colorado to you. I really liked this place.

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony room off the FRONT of the hotel facing the mountains- awesome views !

Stayed for a week during a baseball tournament. Nice setting out of the city but close enough to drive anywhere in 20 minutes. Seem to be booked solid a lot. Stayed July '11. Will stay again next year. Hopefully we can grill. Was not allowed due to fire danger this time. They should add a bar.

Room Tip: Very limited on balconies, reserve early if you want one. Washer/drier were on the 2nd floor at the ends. Would probably be noisy if you book the room next to it.
