I eat at Da KInd regularly. THe couple that runs it are exactly what you want in a chef owned business. Notice that it is CHEF owned first, and it shows. There are @ 10 hot fresh fragrant, soups, stews, chilis each day to taste and try. Many soups are available in boil-in bags, perfect for camping, or just heating up at home.
They are members of the community and contribute and give back to their customers as well. I have never known a chef's name at a lunch spot, but learned Dustin's in just a few visits. He or his wife and staff are quick to help you pick the right soup for lunch (tastes)
This is the best place for lunch in Evergreen.
