“A feel good place”
Reviewed April 28, 2009

I have met clients here several times and would recommend it as just a good place to sit back and enjoy the meal. The egg plant marinara and the lasagna are great. And the helpings are too large for one person to eat at one sitting. Thank goodness there is a fridge in the hotel room. So it ain't Italy, but it makes you think you are in someone's kitchen. Good enough for an old Texas boy...

“Great place to be with friends and family.”
Reviewed February 7, 2008

Even though it's a chain restaurant it is at the top of my list when it comes to Italian restaurants ( not the all time best, but considering the availability)
There is nothing we ate there that we did not like.
Usually we gather into a group and get their "family style dinner" ( you can do lunch, too, if you are starving -considering the amount of food provided)
What's great with their family style is options- you get to try different things and if you really like them, they'll bring you some more.
Place looks great, it resembles a castle ( at least on the exterior).Inside there are a lot of open spaces ( would have been nicer to divide the dinning area in smaller spaces), but even so, with the help of dark wood it sets a more intimate atmosphere than initially thought.
It's a great place to have a family reunion.
Service was good, but not consistent. Could use improvement.
I would also appreciate more sauce on the ravioli...they are always very dry..and also, nobody is bringing serving spoons along with the platters..?!
Overall we end up going back.

Everyone thinks I'm crazy...but this is the worst Italian food I've ever had. Oliver Garden is ten times better and cheaper. After actually dining in Italy, Fazoli's drive thru Italian is better than Maggiano's.

“Maggiano's Little Italy in DTC”
Reviewed October 11, 2007

If you are looking for a cheap meal, then this is not the place to go for your evening out. It is over-priced, but the food is very good, but it is very rich though. We went to Maggiano’s in the middle of the week to avoid the longer wait times, and we were seated in about 25 minutes. The dress seemed to be semi formal, every one had button up shirts, about average on what you would expect in the tech center. The bread was very fresh, and the choice of wine was also very large. The food came at a reasonable time, and you didn’t have to wait to long to see your server passing by.
