It's okay to go casual. Can order pasta's starting at about $13 or can get more fancy and expensive. They bring out olive oil for your bread before your meal, but I would recommend asking for balsamic vinegar. Large helpings. Be prepared to take some home and enjoy later. This is one of those restaurants that my family has to eat at every time we go to Denver. They have 2 locations: One is downtown on the 16th Street Mall and the other is in the Denver Tech Center. Have eaten at both and they are both awesome.

The Disney-ish atmosphere is something we enjoy. You do feel like you are on vacation here. Rooms are large, wood is dark, old photos & tilework add personality. There is even a banquet room, though there is a heft usage charge for it. In looking for my venues for our company holiday party, we passed it by due to the cost.
This location is always busy because of the pleasant environment. Food is average. Nice lunch spot if you aren't too picky about cuisine.

We had a wonderful experience at Maggiano's. We were there with a prep wheelchair basketball team and the staff was great. Had a separate table for the boys and one for the parents. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience wonderful. The food was terrific and the service was superb.
