The Quality/Price Ratio for this property is superb! I'm motivated to write this review after reading a number of poor reviews on TripAdvisor. I notice a bunch of crybabies whining around about minor issues with their room. To be very candid, this is not a five star hotel. But, neither do they charge five star rates. The rates are very reasonable, substantially less than you'll encounter in downtown locations. For about $50 a night you get all of the following: a large room with a very comfortable bed; WIFI in all locations; an indoor pool; a modest workout facility; a business center with a computer and printer (no charge for printing boarding pass, maps, etc.); and perhaps the best perk of all, a complete breakfast including custom made omelets and Belgian waffles. Adding to this bargain is free parking and a pet friendly policy. The front desk was very helpful on a number of occasions. In conclusion, if you're planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel, seek a more expensive alternative. If you're like us and only need a base of operation while visiting friends or local sites, you'll be hard pressed to make your budget stretch farther than this property. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Denver.
The bathroom was a disaster. Toilet seat was old and cracked and the enamel was peeling off. Dust bunnies hanging out of the vent, tile cracked around the tub and badly patched with hair in the caulking. I could smell cigarettes/weed in the hallway of a non smoking floor. Front desk said, "These things happen." Other than that everything was clean and new.
The hotel was nice but the room sure could use some tlc the bathroom door was rotted kind of bad well mater of fact the whole the hole bathroom need a make over. The room had flatscreen tvs in the frontroom and bedroom but no HD channels :-(
