This small restaurant is always packed and this has become one of our traditional eating places during our annual trip to nearby Beaver Creek. We went back last week and Henry's remains a great choice. The food is a bit "Americanized" (or should that be "Coloradoized"?) but has enough chops to appeal to most people who enjoy Chinese food. Equally important, Henry remains an affordable dining option among many overpriced restaurants in the area. Our favorite dishes here include the hot and sour soup, fried dumplings, General Tso chicken, and Henry's special eggplant.
For those out of towners, note that the restaurant is located in a large (byte cute) strip mall so you may need to drive around the mall a little bit to find it. The restaurant is located on a corner street sort of in the middle of the mall. Also, Henry's does not accept reservations, so plan accordingly. They seem to do a brisk take out business so that is another option.
