On Saturday June 29 five cousins (ages 27-30) in Vail for a family reunion took a 1.5 hour trail ride with Becky at the Bearcat Stables. All agreed on these points: 1. The orientation and instruction were very well done as all felt safe and in good hands. 2. They did a nice job matching the horse to the experience of the rider. 3. The horses were in great shape. 4. Becky is an excellent leader and pointed out wildlife, etc along the ride.5. They all recommend Becky and Bearcat stables. 5. They look forward to another ride.
Thanks Becky

I have been riding with Bearcat Stables for 9 years. We always set aside time to take a ride, and we are never disappointed. I've done rides of every length ranging from 1 hour to 6 hour and even the Vail to Aspen 4 day ride. They do a great job. I highly suggest taking a back country ride. It's the best way to see Colorado back country. If you don't ride often or ever, I still recommend the 3 hour back country ride. You are already going to be sore from riding even an hour. You might as well see the beautiful vistas and forest.

We are a family of four with kids ages 10 and 12. We opted for the two-hour horseback riding adventure and it was a great time! Our guide Krissy was great and made sure we were safe first and foremost. She was very patient and took the time to explain the scenery. We went up the mountain, down the valley and everywhere in between! The horses appear to be healthy and well taken care of. We definitely recommend Bearcat!

We went on an hour and half horseback ride across their country. We had 8 people in our group (leader included). My husband's horse was not cooperative and the leader, Becky, was very helpful, encouraging and understanding in order to help his horse get moving. My daughter, 11, enjoyed riding along and we all had a great time!

My wife and my in-laws went on a 1.5 hour trail ride and had an absolutely amazing time. Our guide was excellent. The horses were well-groomed and well-mannered. Also, the entire staff was very friendly and we enjoyed hanging out at the ranch after our ride to relax and have some refreshments. I highly recommend this stable for trail rides and other horse relate experiences. Thank you Bearcat Stables!
