Once we checked in and went into our room the first thing we noticed is that the room is very dark. We booked a family size suite and there were lamps, but it was very dark. Also there was an aroma that can best be explained as the smell of a heavy duty cleaner of some sort. The smell was strong, very chemical like. We assume they had to clean up something. Luckily it was only in the sitting area. The bedrooms were better. As for the location it is just outside of town. If you want to walk around the town, you can't do that from this location, you must drive into town and park. The bedroom areas were average with decent beds. The bathroom is small for a two bedroom unit. Our room window was not far from the hot tub area outside and we were able to hear people out there real late into the night/morning hours. It was a bit difficult to sleep with that outside your window. The real problem was in the morning. We woke up to no hot water. Not one little bit. And the shower/tub drain did not drain at all. The staff didn't know why and did their best to help us by giving us a key to an empty room down the hall so we could use that shower. That room did have hot water, but running between rooms (all 5 of us) was a bit frustrating. If you're in the area I would recommend checking other places first. We checked out after just one night because we were told they didn't think there was anything they could do about no hot water in our room.
