We were able to wake about 30 min from the start of the kids' ski school (which already had a start time a bit later than other resorts), get them dressed and fed, and out to the check-in point just a few yards away from the condo! We could see them in their kid area from our condo window as well. Equipment and rentals were easily fitted the day before, lifts were plentiful and had almost non-existent lines (even during spring break), and staff was very friendly. We thought that the mountain had a great variety of runs to entertain all levels of skiers. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes/utensils/cookware, and we highly suggest visitors use it--the variety of resort restaurants wasn't huge, and they close fairly early. I think that the owners are in the process of updating the condo in stages--the bathroom surfaces were not as "modern" as the rest of the condo...but really, who cares about the color of tile or walls in a bathroom! In fact, the large shower close to the entry was a great resting place for wet clothes/boots. The condo was very quiet, and the cozy fireplace was well stocked with wood. We enjoyed the tubing hill and skiing for 3 days. The pizza at "Home Slice" in Durango was the best I've ever had.
