Great food, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices!
We spent the week skiing Purgatory, and headed to town to explore and grab dinner. I'm so glad we stopped at Eolus! We went during happy hour, and the price-to-quality ratio was unmatched. Both the hostess and waitress were very friendly, chatted us up about our trip and the town, and seemed legitimately appreciative to have us visiting their beautiful town.
While we were there, a boy was celebrating is 8th birthday at the table next to us, and I was pleasantly shocked to see the chef leave his post at the kitchen to wish the boy happy birthday.
To eat, we had the shrimp and calamari appetizer, which was cooked perfectly, and a cheese burger for dinner, also cooked perfectly.
This place truly gave us champagne taste on a beer budget. It certainly isn't a cheap restaurant, but the prices are comparable to a typical pub establishment, while the food and service are consistent with fine dining.
