Description: We are an American-style restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and a kids' menu. Regionally sourced meats and produce anchor our large menu. We weave beer into our recipes and design our food to pair with our brews. We try to offer something for everyone. That's why we have such a large menu and brew beers from the very pale to the very dark. And we do give a Dam about dietary restrictions - so we offer gluten friendly and vegetarian options.

Only went in to the Brewery to fill a "Growler." The beer was good and the price for a growler was good. Will go back.

“Food, beers, service, atmosphere all good!”
Reviewed January 14, 2014

Have visited this place a few times after skiing and it's always a home run. Great service, friendly staff, delicious food and always interesting and unique beers, not to mention the kind of atmosphere that makes me want to stay a while just to hang out. Burgers, nachos, soups, everything I've had has been yummy, and the whole place is just a fun apres ski place to go.

“I love this place!”
Reviewed January 4, 2014

I've stayed in Keystone a few times now and LOVE coming back to the Dillon Dam Brewery. They have great food and an awesome atmosphere. It is always packed with people and the wait staff is awesome. The food is great and there is a HUGE selection of beers and alcohol. I will always come back to the Dillon Dam Brewery when in town!

“Awesome beer - and best meal I've had in years”
Reviewed January 2, 2014

Was in CO on a ski trip at Copper and my friends found this awesome brewery nearby. We went for the beer, but the meal was incredible. Get the Rodeo burger! I also had the Dam Straight Lager and it's award-winning for a reason. Cool open atmosphere with the brew tubs upstairs. All the "dam" puns are a bit much, but it's all really good. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

“Tasty”
Reviewed January 2, 2014

We went for dinner prior to New Years Eve. It was very busy. We knew there was going to be a wait, so had planned for it. It was about an hour. Everyone at our table either ordered the burger or the chicken fried chicken. Food came out pretty quickly for how busy they were. Burgers were all slightly undercooked compared to what was ordered. We generally eat pretty rare burgers, these could have had a few more minutes on the grill. However, they were very tasty. Chicken dish was very good also. Our waiter was very pleasant. I didn't think the beers were very distinguishable from other small town breweries. Tried the pumpkin porter, wheat & pale ale.
