Description: We are an American-style restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and a kids' menu. Regionally sourced meats and produce anchor our large menu. We weave beer into our recipes and design our food to pair with our brews. We try to offer something for everyone. That's why we have such a large menu and brew beers from the very pale to the very dark. And we do give a Dam about dietary restrictions - so we offer gluten friendly and vegetarian options.

The Dillon Dam Brewery has been a favorite of mine since I started coming to Summit County around 6 years ago. I've been here several times and always seems to be the same.

It's always jam packed. That's a good sign as people who come here once tend to come here over and over again (like me). It would help them a lot if they were able to expand a little bit to help with the huge amount of people waiting in the bar area / by the front door. You can barely even walk in the place.

We had a nice variety of food at our table - and all was very good. Fish 'n' chips, mac and cheese, the Zurich burger (with bacon, gruyere, guacamole), and a pulled pork sandwich. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Portions weren't too outrageous either so must of us finished our meal.

We only had one beer with our meal - the IPA. Decent IPA. I was hoping to try more, but we finished dinner pretty quickly and with small kids in tow, it wasn't the best time to hang out and drink pints! They had a maple brown ale on tap that sounded great.

We had great service. Prompt, accurate, remembered all our orders without writing them down, and they gave the kids some stuff to play with.

All in all - a really good time and I'm sure I'll be back again.

Stop here on your way to or from Frisco and Breckenridge! It is a very casual place with an impressive large wooden bar, eclectic paraphernalia decorating the high walls, TV screens, and a large picture window providing sunshine throughout the whole interior and a fantastic view of a dramatic mountain peak.
Offers a wide selection of their beers - try the sampler - your choices from the menu.
Accompanying food is very good too.
Excellent casual choice for food, beer and fun atmosphere.

We enjoyed the food and beer.
The service wasn't great. Not very pleasant when we first walked in and there is no room to wait for a table. The bartender was rude and slow moving. I didn't tip him, something I never do, but he just really didn't seem to understand the service part of his role. Our waiter was good, but disappeared for chunks of time.
We had the nachos, which were great, and the pulled pork sandwich and a burger, which were good.
Good value- under $20 per person for appetizer, main meal, and a couple of beers.
