We have eaten at Adriano's many times. They are family owned and run. They make all of their food fresh every day. With your dinner you will receive an appetizer, soup and salad. They have a small menu but it changes 4-5 times per week. So you can keep going back and have fresh selections every time. They also have a brick pizza oven and have some amazing pizza. Fantastic food. Great wine. Nice people. Good value for your money.

Loved the fireplace and wood-burning oven for the handmade pizzas. Loved the food - wish the portions were a bit more generous, but all entrees come with a small (emphasis on the "small") appetizer, soup, and salad. The desserts were magnificent. Added bonus was the bluegrass group playing while we were dining. The only criticism would be that the serving staff was wearing jeans. I feel a more pulled-together look would present a better image to the patrons. All-in-all, a wonderful place to dine!

If you like "eye-talian" food, Adriano's is not for you. The food served here is definitely more sophisticated with interesting combinations of ingredients. For instance, their fabulous soup was a creamy sun-dried tomato and fig purée. Exquisite! As mentioned in other reviews, Adriano's offers four courses that are meant to complement each other, not overwhelm the taste buds. The first course is a small meatball served with a Demi-glacé sauce. It is small, true, but meant as an "amuse- bouche," not a meal. The next course is soup served in a small cup. The one served tonight was excellent and described earlier. The third course was the salad, a mixed green combo with a choice of three dressings. The lemon vinaigrette was very good; another at our table had the balsamic vinaigrette and said it was delicious. All of us chose pizza for our entree; one couple shared the Margherita; mine was the sun-dried tomato, fig, and prosciutto combination which was outstanding; my husband's had the Italian sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers combo. Splendido! Our friends saved room for dessert and shared two home-made cannellonis -- lemon mousse and chocolate mousse -- perfect desserts to end a special celebratory dinner. If there was one negative about Adriano's, it was that the bistro side of the restaurant supported local musicians. Tonight, we were subjected to loud Country music, which made it difficult to carry on conversation.

My husband and I had the good fortune of having our final vacation meal in Dillon at Adriano's. We arrived about 6PM and found few cars in the parking lot, but we didn't let that stop us. We entered a charming little restaurant, but chose to sit outdoors (on their HUGE deck which seats about 150 people). Sadly, we were the ONLY people who did so....I just don't understand people who don't take advantage of gorgeous weather (it had a bit windy earlier) to add to their dining experience, especially with spectacular views that Adriano's provides. At any rate, our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. He told us of their 4 course meal - a small appetizer (it was a single meatball in a red pepper Marinara sauce - tasty and a bit zippy), a cup of soup (chicken something or other that was ok - nothing to write home about), the house salad (fresh and crisp with your choice of dressing - I had a lemon vinaigrette which was delish). We also received a small loaf of freshly baked bread served with an incredible balsamic/olive oil dipping sauce. VERY high quality balsamic! The menu changes every few weeks. I opted for the Gnoccha (not gnocchi) which was made from ricotta rather than potatoes. Light, fluffy and ever so flavorful with a touch of tomato sauce and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. My husband had a pasta with sausage and pork which he said was fantastic. I'll take his word for it because I just couldn't pull myself away from my entree. The indoor restaurant was full when we left, so obviously, people are aware of this spot. We'd definitely return! The prices are very reasonable for what you are served.

Was on a girls weekend for Labor Day and we stumbled upn Adriano's - and boy were we glad we did! It was in the low 60's and their deck was not open - but we asked if we could maybe sit outside (for the great mountain views) and they were so nice to open their outdoor seating just for us! They brought us a heater just to make sure we were comfortable. It is a family run restaurant, and you can tell they work very hard to make the place special. The large outdoor seating area has breath taking views of the mountains, and the minute you walk in the restaurant you feel at home. The indoor dining looked very quaint. They change their menu every 4 weeks and the prices are very reasonable considering you get four courses with your choice of entree. We also had the dessert platter and choice three desserts which were all delicious! It was a great way to spend out last evening in the mountains. Great food, great price, great atmosphere. Would definitely go back.
