Description: Texas de Brazil is carving out a whole new experience in dining. The restaurant is an authentic Brazilian-American "Churrascaria" or steakhouse that combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas.Treat yourself to our 50-60 item seasonal salad area including appetizers, gourmet vegetables, soups, and salads. Turn your place card to green and prepare to be swarmed by a troop of carvers generously serving various cuts of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, all accompanied by traditional side items and house-baked Brazilian cheese bread. As you dine endlessly on Brazilian fare, let one of our in-house wine connoisseurs select the perfect pairing from our extensive, award-winning wine lists, or sip on a freshly-made signature cocktail-the Caipirinha. Complete your dining experience with one of our many decadent dessert selections, and then relax with an after-dinner drink, steaming espresso and enjoy the ambiance and service perfection that is uniquely Texas de Brazil.

“Expensive but pretty good”

The food is higher-end and the restaurant is nice, you can fill your belly to the point of rapture. The filet mignon is very good, the salad bar too. Desserts are very nice. The price will shock most. We went there with kids and spent a fortune. I'd say not a good price/quality tradeoff, but it's sort of unique.

“Perfect steakhouse for a vegetarian!”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

I love Texas de Brazil, and have been at 4 or 5 0f their locations. For non meat eaters, they allow you to order just the "salad bar" (an understatement), and pay a reduced price. They have the most incredible salad bar, and I really can't see why the meat eaters would have any room after this! The atmosphere is beautiful, and the service (from Ted) was attentive and above the expected (napkin folded each time I got up). I started with a Margarita made not with Tequila, but with a Brazilian equivalent made from sugar cane. It was wonderful, and they have a tremendous drink menu and wine list.

The "salad bar" is enormous, and to the best of my recollection, here are some of the items:

Mixed greens, with croutons, crumbled bacon, and dressings (there is a whole table of olive oils and different balsamic vinegars)
Sliced tomatoes
Cold asparagus
Cous Cous salad
Potato salad
Cheeses-terrine of goat cheese, smoked provolone, fresh mozzarella and a couple of others
Lobster bisque
Jasmine rice, potatoes au gratin, and other hot items
Black and green olives
Pickled mushrooms
The BEST hearts of palm
Sliced cold cuts
Salmon filet, smoked, with mustard sauce
Sushi (one kind, a roll)
etc., etc., etc.

The feast is accompanied by small rolls with cheese in them, which could be addicting.

I love this place, and Brazilian steakhouses are one of the last bastions of the salad bar, and boy, do they do it right! I am told the meat is really good too!

“Great food and a lot of fun”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

If you have never eaten at a churrasco you are in for a treat. The way this works you have a disk by your plate with a red side and a green. When you want the roasted meats you flip green side up and within minutes they start bringing you all types of roasted meats - beef, chicken, pork and lamb. It's all very good. When you need a break flip the disk to red and they will stop coming to you. The salad bar is incredible with a wide variety of selections from soup to salad and everything in between. The wait staff was very attentive - quick to refill drinks and take away plates. The waitress was very knowledgeable about their very extensive wine selection. Don't pass this up!
