I stayed at the ritz for just one night so didnt use many of the facilities. The room however was fantastic. Very large bedroom and bathroom. big HD LCD TV. nespresso coffee machine. I believe it underwent a recent refurbishment so everything looks new. 16th street mall is only a few minutes walk away so location is fine for tourist or business.

I stayed two nights with my husband & daughter to visit my older daughter that lives in Denver. This is my second stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Denver, but my first time staying in the Club level there. It is well worth the extra cost to have access to the lounge & all it's amenities. The hotel is in a good location to walk around the city, we took in a Rockies game one night it was great to be in walking distance to the stadium. The staff was very courtious & friendly. The only complaint was we did not receive free internet service, but when my husband complained they took the charge off of our bill.

Stayed at the Ritz for one night while traveling through Denver. Had an amazing experience there. Everyone was so nice, from the valet who retrieved my left behind cell phone from the car, to the concierge who almost had to help me print my boarding pass due to user error :)

Would recommend ordering the bison burger and the sauteed mushrooms. So good.

Would give this hotel more than five stars if I could. Absolutely phenomenal.

We booked this hotel in January for a stay in August - family vacation. We made the reservation with the Front Desk Manager who could not be more helpful. Check in was a bit of a nightmare, because even though I had requested an early check in, our room was not ready by the 3PM Check In. The front desk brought us to the club lounge where my kids happily ate until our room was ready an hour later. All in all, it wasn't the worst. From there everything was perfect (or a close to it as you can get). We have never stayed at a property where the staff was as helpful, friendly, and fun as at this Ritz Carlton. A shout out to the Club Concierge level as well as housekeeping and front desk staff. Even the Valet's were fun! If you go, Elway's is a must for dinner - outstanding food and service.

Our room was well furnished and comfortable and the housekeeping staff does a fabulous job keeping everything clean, and their attention to detail (arranging the kids stuffed animals on their beds, and giving them extra chocolates at turn down) was incredible. The only downside is where are we going to stay on our next trip that has this level of service?

My fiance and I have stayed here twice and have had nothing but great experiences. The accommodated our request for a room on a higher floor, and the city and mountain view was great. The room itself was beautiful with many subtle touches that really make for a pleasant stay. The front desk, concierge and valet services and people were all phenomenal and had great recommendations for things to do.
The hotel's location is great, just a few blocks from the 16th street mall and some great restaurants, we like H Burger and Rodizzio's. But you really don't even have to leave the hotel for a great meal, Elway's is AMAZING for breakfast and dinner =)

From the moment we drove up, the valet people were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the front desk. we walked over to the 16th street mall for lunch. It was a very quick walk from the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops. The free shuttle is great if you don't want to walk back and forth. Our pac kage included parking, plus breakfast for two at Elways, so for $219 a night, it was very reasonable. the room was quite large with a tub and shower. It was in close proximity to Coors Field which is a great place to see a game. We saw a day and night game and the atmosphere around the stadium added to the excitement. the gym at the hotel was awesome. I think it was about 50,000 sq ft. It had a full basketball court and a climbing wall., We were there on a sunday, so we were not able to visit the capitol building or mint, but we did walk over to the capitol to stand on the step a mile above sea level. The Old Spaghetti Factory was right around the corner and good place to stop for a quick bite.

Great stay at the Ritz Carlton Denver. The room was great - comfortable bed, nice layout, plenty of space. The staff was helpful, friendly and focused on personalized. I stayed only for one night - the entire experience was positive. I wish every hotel stay was so pleasant.
