I had never stayed at a Ritz Carlton before and chose this for the night of our wedding. What a great experience. They were basically "at our service" for anything that we needed. The hotel staff couldn't have been better, and everything was exactly as we wanted it. We valet parked the car and were able to leave it overnight and the entire day the next day. We would definitely consider staying again. The shower was small, but everything else in the room was fantastic!

My husband and I have traveled from Japan to Bora Bora, but we have never stayed at a Ritz Carlton. We thought as a splurge for our Fifth Anniversary we would stay there! It was ok, but I probably wouldn't book at another Ritz property. The service was excellent we were greeted immediately and wished a Happy Anniversary, but that was the extent of the special amenities. We opted not to park our car in the valet lot ($26 per day) and instead parked at the Greyhound terminal next door for $4 on Friday night and Saturday night. The room was well appointed but wireless internet was $9.99 per day and the Business center charged $0.27 +tax per minute. The bathroom had a lovely tub and separate shower, two sinks and wonderful robes to use. The bath amenities were BVLGARI were lovely. We were disappointed on Saturday night, after a long day at a wedding we had returned to our room early but the the maid came to turn down our bed at 10 pm!! A little late for a turn down service! The bed was far from comfortable. Overall nice room, perfect location for our needs, but not what we thought a "Ritz" should be.

Nice place. I had a three day conference in the Ritz-Carlton. I just did not like the fact that I put my dirty towel in the floor, but they did not changed it, they left it wet again. They charged for wiffi.

Stopped here for the first time on a long road trip with wife. Beautifully decorated suite, and immaculately clean. Too tired to go to the restaraunt so got room service. Will never forget them. Among the best we have ever had and cooked perfectly. A true miracle in room service experiences. We loved the place and felt it worth every penny. Have been to countless five star hotels and this one was definitely one of the better values.

Booked a trip last minute due to a family loss. My family decided to stay at Ritz per some great recommendations from Tripadvisor and were not disappointed! Checked in, the service was immediate and gratifying. We stayed Club Level which is such a great value and a great overall experience! Karen H.took amazing care of us from start to finish, her attention to detail was impeccable, she was there 24/7! Outstanding service! Made us feel at home!

The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable with everything you need at hand, I never once opened a door all weekend. Every Ritz Carlton staff member makes you feel welcome!

We don't as a family get together often, staying at the Ritz made for a very special weekend!

My and my husband stayed here for a weekend get-away in May, 09. We reserved the room by telephone and decided to book a 1 BR suite. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, the staff checked us in before check-in time, which was nice. We didn't have to wait for our room. Upon check-in, the lady asked us if we would like to have club-level access even though our room was on the 8th floor. We did purchase the club-level access and were very pleased we did. It was so nice to go up to the club and have cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. We quite enjoyed hanging out there before going out for the night. Also, the staff there was very helpful and would offer information on local happenings and places to go throughout the city.

The room was amazing. The turn down service was wonderful and I was very pleased with every aspect of the hotel's service. We enjoyed room service and we also enjoyed dinner at Elways. Elways was one of the best steaks I'd ever had. Absolutely wonderful! I did not have a chance to visit the spa, perhaps next time I am in Denver I will take advantage of the spa.

Location: the hotel is in walking distance from the 16th St mall, which is a great convenience. We had a event at the Pepsi Center, and rather then drive we left the rental and took a taxi. That was great because we didn't have to walk and the taxi only cost us like $7.00 to get there, and was even cheaper on the way back. The Ritz is close to other venues as well, such as where the Rockies play.

I have stayed at other Ritz properties and am never disappointed. Once again, the Ritz lives up to its reputation.

We stayed here on a last minute getaway. The hotel is very modern and hip for a Ritz, which is quite nice! Muted decor, large rooms and very responsive staff. Would definitely stay here again! The very good rating is due to us not fully exploring all the amenities.
