My family and I visit Denver Colorado for our family reunion. The rooms were already booked however the price of the rooms were over $175 per night. The beds were uncomfortable as my family and I had a double bed room. The pillows felt like cotton balls stuffed in a pillowcase. This was one of the worst stays at a Hilton facility that I have ever been to. I would not recommend staying at this hotel several nights maybe one night if necessary.

I travel all over the world and understand the Hotel business since I stay in Hotels around the globe. Very seldom to I feel compelled to write a bad review. I arrived early and asked for an early check in. I knew that check in was 3:00pm but it can't hurt to ask. The anger and disrespect I received from the F/O staff was overwhelming. OMG. So I took what was left of my pride and went to the restaurant to get some late breakfast. Although that the food was good, the staff did not smile or welcome me in any way. 1 1/2 hours later I dared to walk back to the F/O to inquire my room which I actually had reservation for. I was yelled at again that the hotel is busy and that I need to wait my turn. In addition the F/O agent made a statement that she has rooms but that management told her not to give the room to me. I eventually got my room at 4:30pm. I'm a Hilton Honor member but I have never been treated like this in any other Hilton or Double Tree around the world. They might be new but they have a long way to go.

Andrea made this stay extraordinary - make sure to see her on check-in. The second best Hilton associated hotel in the world (first is San Jose Costa Rica). The new addition of coffee place and bar/lounge was exceptionally built.
