Was at this location for a week. Short story of a long version. Was placed in 3 rooms within 24 hours. Hotel smells horrible and the restaurant was not open. Was not informed of this at check in. You had to order food from a sports bar or cafe. In addition the hotel charged for the mini fridge. Everyday there were large black trash bags in the hallway and left over dining trays. It was clear that the hotel was going through much needed renovations. Some things I can get past but at the business rate you would expect more from a Hilton brand estsblishment.

Amazing staff. Every single one of them were just amazing and friendly. Room itself was comfortable and AC worked well. The drawbacks I found was the internet was terrible I finally had to stop working as I was fed up with the wait. Also hotel is near a train track and was amazed at how many trains went by. I think Grand Central has less activity. Also you may not get the best view. But if you stay in your room, pull the blinds and turn up the TV all will be fine
