We had a decent stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Denver. We stayed in this hotel since our training was located in one of the ballrooms. The staff was friendly. It was very helpful to have the business center desks available on the ground floor. Breakfast was not included in the stay. The food provided at the training was decent.

Room tip: Do not stay on the top floor. I thought it was a good idea but we ended up hearing the elevator pulling mechanism all the time.

I'm glad to hear we took great care of you during your stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Denver. We especially look out for our business travelers because we know they're away from home, working hard, and deserve the best at the end of their day. A friendly smile, great food, free wifi to keep in touch - we know what our hard working travelers want! I do hope you'll come back for fun someday - we're just minutes from Denver's best entertainment and attractions. Let us know how we can be of assistance.

I would say that the room was just average. The biggest downfall was the fact that we did not have a safe in our room. Evidently those are only available if you have king suites on the sixth floor. 😡 We had the breakfast buffet every day. Sue did not have a lot of flavor, and was lukewarm at best.

This hotel was supposed to be one of the best thus we chose to stay here. We checked in and we're given a room with two small beds, we asked to change to a king and were told that when you book through a travel agent you can't specify which room you are just given what's available. Apparently there was no king room available. We then got to our room to find quite a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and on one of the flannels, our standing light didn't work and the carpet was wet in one large area. We should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Nextdoor.

This is a large hotel...many rooms, on many floors....we were on the 7th floor, with a wonderful view of the mountains...I do recommend this benefit....
The room was comfortable, with excellent beds and bedding.
Downstairs, there is a restaurant, a bar, and another bar...I ate in the first two more than once, and was very happy with the food. The breakfast buffet is ample and the serving people in that restaurant are friendly and helpful and generous with their time.
There is also a small Starbucks type bar and that is a plus if you like extra special coffee.
The staff at the front desk was warm and excellent....

As you can tell, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and do recommend it.

Room tip: the mountain view rooms are an added plus, making the stay special, and in tune with CO and Denver.

We stayed here the first night we arrived in Denver and the last night. We rode the train from airport to Central Station where Doubletree picked us up. We had a nice stay here, hotel clean, cookie was great, and also had car rental in hotel, much easier than leaving from airport. Breakfast at hotel was good and also within walking distances to several restaurants. Hotel took us back to station to catch train to go home. I would stay here again.
