I am kind of used to chain hotels - each chain having a particular level of service and no more. THis is a wonderful surprise. The staff at all horus, in all ways wa 100 percent on top of it and helpful and charming and pleasant - even with dumb requests. Regardless of the hotel this staff should form a management team and teach other hotels.

Room was huge more than adequate and convenient to the services i needed . THe pool, courtyard area, ball rooms, all are in top notch shape and well appreciated by the people there. The lunch room is well used and provides very good food and for breakfast too. The wait staff is all better than good.

I was there for 6 days and saw several different sets of people serving and they all did well. Although this is not rated as a 5* hotel, it provides service well beyond what people come to expect from a 3 star hotel without all the excess price- oh it is pricey but not the same as if it had a 5 * rating .

Only one quibble the whole time- the meeting ball rooms all seemed to have the thermostats set to "popsicle" - trying to get them adjusted was a bit of a chore but not impossible. During my stay it wa easily 95 in denver - so perhaps they were being pre-emptive - stepping outside for a breath of "fresh" air from the ballroom meant you had a thunderstorm forming around your head from the temperature differential .

The inner courtyard by the pool is a great place to do tai chi chih, yoga, morning stretch- its quiet and mostly unused by people.

I was travelling with my service dog ( yep real live service dog) and thought it might be a problem here. Not one problem at all - other than finding something that wasn't gravel or asphalt for my dog to use as a restroom. A short walk beyond the hotel found some grassy swards so all was good. Staff had not one issue at all and was more than helpful setting me up with an easy access for my dog and me.

This hotel looks like yet another concrete monster in a strip of hotels in the same area - but give it a serious look the next time you are in Denver. It's location is convenient to both downtown, as well as Boulder access ( I had to be in 3 places that week and this was central)

Wifi for hilton honors was fine- I still don't know why in this day and age hotels still charge for wifi but if you are a hilton honors member you get free basic wifi which wa just fine.

Room tip: Find floors not hosting frat parties -- just ask front desk for a quiet floor - they know where they stash the hormonal teenagers.

Noisy room, uncomfortable bed, left not rested. Location of hotel was central and could travel easily from there to other locations. Staff was very nice and made me feel welcome. Perhaps I just was unlucky with my room and situation?

Front desk personnel was extremely courteous and made checking in/out a very easy process. Room was extremely clean! Loved the Starbucks in the main lobby area. Wifi was a little spotty at times, but wasn't a huge deal. location is perfect... very close to main highway and downtown Denver. The area was beautiful!!

Stopped for the night on way to Estes Park. We were able to check-in early and booked a one-bedroom suite with balcony view of downtown & Mountains. Incredible view! Nice room that could use updates but well appointed and clean. Comfy couch and nice HD TV.
Ordered room service for dinner and it was surprisingly good!
Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside of the downtown area with easy access to freeway.

Stayed here because conference rooms in downtown Denver were not affordable. Hotel was easily accessible, clean, and staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of hot and cold items. I reluctantly tried the dinner entre (steak and scallops) and was surprised at how good it was. I will stay here again if I am ever in Denver. Recommended for family or solo.
