This property is not the newest hotel and amenities are basic but none of that matters when the staff is AMAZING like they are at this hotel. My husband and I have stayed in most of the hotels in Denver both Choice hotels and other brands and this location has the Best staff overall. Its not just one particular employee but every single staff member. The housekeepers, day and night front desk staff, the breakfast cafe cook/server literally everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, informative and not only willing to go the extra mile but do it with out you even having to ask. If you want to truly be treated with respect and feel like people care then this is the location for you!!!

Very nice rooms in a nice hotel at a great price. The location is right off the interstate making it convienent for travelers passing through but other than that it's located in an industrial park area. Not necessarily the best if you're looking to stay and visit the downtown Denver area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Would stay again if I were passing through.

The location is handy to Park Meadows Mall and I-470W, so that's a positive. The breakfast is the typical hotel fare, but they do have one container of hot food; it was eggs with sausage one morning and eggs with turkey bacon the second. However, apparently the air conditioning wasn't working because the window was open, so it was pretty warm, even in the early morning. On our way to our room on the fourth floor, we were hit in the face with the smell of smoke when we got off the elevator. The room was clean and spacious for two. However, when we walked into the room, it was HOT! The problem was that the heat was on.....really? In July? The room quickly cooled down once we turned on the air. We also were not impressed with the front desk personnel named Chris. It was almost like he didn't want to be there, and he was not helpful. I asked him about getting a glass of water for my water bottle, and I was obviously wanting too much. After waiting a couple of minutes (at his request), he took my cup, held it, and then put it on the counter and focused on something else. When we checked out after two nights, he still seemed curt and never asked how our stay was. There was another young man who worked at the front desk briefly during our stay, and he was much more courteous and helpful. One more thing....there is a safe in the room for your "convenience," but there's an automatic fee added to your room bill. You can request the fee be removed if you don't use it, but the sign for this is hidden at the front desk. I think it should be on the safe so that it's more easily seen.

Halfway between downtown Denver and the airport, its a convenient location. The room was ok, the breakfast was basic Comfort Inn fare, but also ok. However, walking in the lobby, it had a smoke and 'hotel' smell. The girl told us that many folks stand just outside the lobby doors and smoke (can't that be addressed?). The carpets in the hallways is filthy, but fortunately, the rooms were ok. Good price, about $40 cheaper than staying 12 minutes closer to the airport. We went to a Rockies game the night before leaving out of the Denver airport, so getting their late and sleeping, it was fine. I wouldn't want this to be my 'vacation' spot!

Location was weird. Kind of in an industrial area. I'm usually not super picky about hotels but this one was a bit dirty. Yucky, old cobwebs in every corner, shower was grungy and had hairs in it, the bathroom door was warped and peeling and our comforter was stained, dirty and had a weird scummy something or other on it. The blankets were old and scratchy too.
The employees behind the desk were extremely helpful and gave us directions to different places that we wanted to visit. And the breakfast was a standard Comfort Inn breakfast. Also, we had a prob renting a movie on Pay Per View but it was no deal and the movie was credited back to our room.
It wasn't a horrible visit, but it definitely wasn't the cleanest place that we have ever stayed.

This hotel is conveniently located with lots of shops near by. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. The iron, hairdryer and exercise equipment worked (usually you get one of the three when staying at a less-expensive hotel). Only negative was that we asked for a non-smoking room and with the faint smell of cigarettes and actual burn hole in the comforter, it clearly used to be a smoking room. Somehow we managed to saved $30 on the room by booking through Hotels.com rather then booking directly through the hotel itself. Save yourself the headache of dealing with outsourced reservations staff!

Last minute trip to the son in Denver and with an hour before I wanted to get to bed, realized that I hadn't made a reservation. So, I grabbed the first Hotwire deal that came up and it proved to be this place and pretty nice. Nice queen room, free wifi, and a very nice comp breakfast with eggs sausage, the usual motel waffles and pretty good coffee. It took me a few minutes to get the business area computer to print my boarding pass, but they have a business area with machines that work.

Room Tip: lots of restaurants a block or so west.
