Mixed signals

I had to switch my room keys 3 times because they sent me to a room with a traditional lock and key but they gave me a swipe card. Then they didn't activate the swipe correctly on the next room. The woman was very nice and tried her best but I had a long trip and this frustrated me. I also got there at 1:30 and they said absolutely no check ins before 3 and at 2 people came in off the streets with no reservations ( I did have a reservation) and they were sending them to rooms. Finally I asked after this happened a couple times and they said I could go to my room but they knew very well I was sitting there waiting. Rooms themselves were fine for a night to crash.

Quick Denver

The staff needed more training on The area they Are located in and how to answer questions egen a guest is calling in to book a reservation. Much of the information I was given was not accurate.
