I'm currently doing a 2500 mile road trip by myself, and can safely say that the Ramada Denver Downtown is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at! The front desk staff are rude and unhelpful, the hotel is in a bad area, the phones and wifi don't work in any of the rooms (I informed the front desk attendant who was very rude to me about it), the breakfast was awful, and the building is in a terrible state and needs renovating urgently. Someone tried to get into my room at 3am which gave me huge anxiety, and I couldn't contact reception to ask for help because the phone or Internet didn't work. I was absolutely disgusted at this hotel and the terrible way it treats its customers - and ended up checking out a night early because I couldn't stand another night there. Not worthy of the Ramada name - do NOT stay here.

Uncomfortable bed, the maid I talked to was assume, front desk excellent, breakfast good, TV aweful, wifi was awesome, channels on TV barely worked, but wifi was good so I used my IPad to watch movies.Great location. Overall good stay at hotel.

About 1 mile from 16th Street mall in a quirky interesting neighborhood. 70's vintage hotel with recent poorly done cosmetic renovation. Huge pothole in front of door in their own driveway. Why? Is this the first impression desired. Beneath Ramada' s already modest standards. Lobby frayed and dilapidated. Inexpensive as would be expected, convenient to local potshops.

Without a doubt the rudest clerk at a check in in my life only to find a dirty room, with ripped drapes, a dirty sock on the floor, OH MY GROSSNESS when I got under the desk to plug in the coffee maker and a huge piece of granite topped furniture with a fridge to heavy for us to move was pulled out in the middle of our room. TV did not work, we had to lay the bathroom towels on ourselves after pulling extra shirts from our luggage on it was so cold. However, the breakfast was great and the clerk at check out seemed nice. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Room tip: It was supposed to have wifi.
