Older hotel w/ older décor. Clean and cozy. In the middle of downtown. Plenty of places to eat, drink and hang out. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Has a new restaurant. Menu looked great I didn't try. I will return here.

The staff was friendly. However, the room phone was dead. I could not call the front desk or room to room. No dial tone. I reported this to the desk and a maintenance man came and switched the phone out with a new one out of the box. No good. My sister was in another room and I needed to use my cell phone to check up on her. Dress code note. Maintenance man had baggy pants and we were spared "plumbers butt" by seeing his gray colored underwear. He was very nice and courteous, maybe just young and undertrained. This hotel was a mixed experience. It is an older physical plant with signs of working upgrades. The bathroom was light and had new shower trappings. The lobby carpet was dark and dirty? The inside courtyard has lots of potential. Signage was not prominent we missed the property on the first pass. It is a downtown - ish venue and across the street was a hang out for bag people. They did not bother us, but this may not be a family friendly neighborhood.

This hotel is nothing like it is depicted online or like any other Ramada that I have seen. This hotel room was booked for myself, my parents and my 16 month old daughter because it looked like a clean place online, it was not. It is hot and the air conditioner is not sufficient, there was a bloody tissue on the window sill, ants in the bathroom, stained bedding and what looked like drug addicts that may have lived there. They offer a continental breakfast that they over manage with tickets but has very few items in unclean conditions. There were also drug addicts with a prostitute pan handling in the parking lot.

I booked this hotel through Travelocity.

I could not have been happier with my stay! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Each day they would start a conversation with me as I returned to the hotel from my sightseeing. They offered advice on things to see and do - and chatted about sports as well. One of the guys was a big Rockies fan, another from NY and a Yankees fan. There weer others as well - all friendly and helpful. They are all properly placed - as it was fun to come into the lobby each day and interact with them!

I ate breakfast, the free breakfast, On Sunday morning and Tuesday morning. On Sunday there was a blonde woman running the show in there and she was very friendly. i asked her for some help with the waffle maker and she was beyond helpful. It was a pleasant atmosphere. On Tuesday morning there was a gentleman in there and he was moving around non-stop making sure things were filled up and wiping things clean. Obviously both of these people take pride in their work.

I stayed in room 261. My room was clean and organized every day of my stay. The woman was friendly and polite - and should be recognized for everything she does behind the scenes. I had a lot of clothing and other things with me on this vacation. Not a single thing went missing, let alone was even moved from a drawer or location on the bathroom counter or desk.

each night I slept like a baby. No noises in the halls - no early morning noises from staff. I slept great!

I called today to speak to a manager and I shared my positive experiences with her. She too was very friendly. I am not related to anyone at this hotel - and I am leaving this post because it truly was a great experience and I commend the owner and management. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Denver.

Room tip: I stayed in Room 261. I slept great :).
