Solid comfort, classic style, lovely tea time with live music in the lobby, very relaxing. The breakfasts are robust but expensive, and the rooms could use a little updating, but the beds were incredibly comfortable, the walls solid and quiet, and the history of the place envelopes you. The concierge was particularly helpful regarding nearby restaurants and shopping, and the conference facilities were accommodating.

Room Tip: Rooms face wrought-iron balconies overlooking the interior/lobby so afternoon music might be heard on occasion.

Spent a night while passing through Denver. Love the atrium and the classic restaurants. Our service was great, the room was comfortable and quiet. All in all, a fun experience I would be happy to repeat.

This is a beautiful classic hotel. Our room and the public spaces were nice. The room was on the smaller side, but decorated very nicely.

Issues:
- I would have mentioned some of these at checkout but was not asked ‘how was your stay?’ More of a ‘ok, you are good to go’
- The WiFi would not work despite many tries
- On the second day our room was never made up - no coffee, towels, etc for next morning
- despite fact that hotel did not seem too busy, we were put right next to a public room which was very loud with a group event
- decided to do in-room checkout at one point, only to get a ‘I’m sorry, not available’ message, despite fact it was during time when it was supposed to be available

Lots of choices, so next time we will stay somewhere else!

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection and providing your honest feedback.

I am very sorry to hear that there were several issues during your stay. In particular with the wifi & your room no being made up on your second day. I have shared your feedback with our housekeeping management, to see how this was missed and ensure it does not happen again. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. I am very disappointed that we were not able to address these concerns while you were in-house, and that you were not asked how your stay was. This is not acceptable and definitely not the type of service we strive to provide to our guests. This is great coaching opportunity for us, and allows us to correct the mistakes.

I would like to invite you to stay with us again, as I am confident we would be able to exceed your expectations on the next visit.

Again, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely appreciate it, as it gives us an opportunity to better the experience of our guests.

I was in Denver for work and after hiking up north needed to relax. Wow what an experience. I enjoyed the treatment which included a hot stone massage. The staff of the Brown Palace Hotel and Spa is first rate. If you are in Denver and really want to treat yourself book a treatment and package.

A well-located Denver landmark and a beautiful one. It has history oozing from every pore and is well worth a visit (even if you are not staying here!). Our room was huge with high ceilings, tasteful décor and very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious with a wonderful walk-in shower. The public lounges/bars/restaurants are top class and it for us, it is the only place to stay in Denver. One suggestion please: when the confirmation of the hotel is sent out, can you change the address to “Tremont Place” and not “17th St”. The GPS takes you to 17th street, but you can’t park there and the entrance is in Tremont Place. This resulted in us going around and around the unfamiliar Denver one-way system before we could find how to get to the front door.
