We stayed here for one night and will definetly stay again. The room was very nice, it looked like it had been recently redone, the colors were nice and it was very clean. The bathroom was a little small but was adequate, just needed a little more shelf space. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast and was exactly what we expected, the dining room was a nice size and very pleasant. The staff was professional and answered all of our questions, very pleasant.
Thanks to all for making our night in Denver enjoyable.

Stayed here 1 night early February 2013 prior to an early flight.

Clean, comfortable room where the hearter was already on when we arrived (appreciated)

Breakfast: For this motel concept the breakfast was good with fruit and some hot items like biscuits and gravy, sausages, scrambled eggs and bacon. Wafels, cereal, whole wheat bread and some juices.

I gave the friendly breakfast lady a compliment for doing a great job in constantly refilling b/f items.

Check-out very efficient and friendly staff again. We had just come down from Beaver Creek and wish the hotel staff in our hotel there was as friendly as the staff in this Quality inn!

All we needed for a pre-flight night!

I got stranded at the Denver airport due to a snowstorm, and ended up staying here. It was a very nice airport hotel, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They have a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport which leaves every 20 minutes. When I called them, they were nice enough to have the shuttle wait for me so I didn't have to wait for the next one. It is about a 10 minute drive to the hotel from the airport.

The room was clean, and pretty standard for this level of hotel. They had free wifi, a pool and hot tub. There was a nice hot breakfast included in the room room rate, including eggs, bacon, cereal, and fruit. They had even prepared breakfast sandwiches to go for guests in a hurry. Very thoughtful and a nice touch! The bed was also very comfortable.

Has free shuttle pick up service from DIA. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The lobby area is inviting,the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast consisted of a nice selection. What more could I be looking for? ;)
The only complaint is the hot tub was cooler than the pool!!

Thank you so much for your review of our hotel. I do want to extend my warmest apologies that the hot tub was not up to temperature during your stay. I know that we did have a rather recent issue with the filtration system, which caused the pump to stop circulating water through the heater. My engineering department did resolve the issue right away and it is back up and running. I hope that we can see you again and allow for you to relax this next time around.

I make reservations for multiple rooms at multiple locations. We have frequented a number of Quality Inns. This particular one in Denver Airport is by far the worst, their billing is always in error and we spend weeks and months with countless calls to them and credit card companies to fix the bills. We are talking about charges showing up on credit cards a year after staying with them!

I have notified employees to refrain from staying at Quality Inns for the foreseeable future, especially Quality Inn DIA, I am sick of cleaning up their mistakes.

If you look up and down Tower Road, you will see 8-10 other fine establishments that would be more than happy to have your business.

We suggest that when making multiple reservations that are not being paid by the same person, that the reservation be made in the name of the person that will be occupying the room and reserved with that person's credit card. This will help eliminate any confusion on who will be paying for the room. Our hotel participates in express checkouts when we put the bill under the door. If you should happen to notice a billing error, we highly suggest contacting the front desk before checkout so that the billing error can be rectified. Outside of room and tax, the only fees our hotel levies are optional items such as long term parking, purchases made from our sundry shop, pay per view movies, and long distance phone calls. Guests are made aware of these charges before they are applied to their bill.

I decided to stay at the Quality Inn overnight because I needed to take my daughter to the airport the next morning. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good and had a nice selection. I also took advantage of the shuttle; taking my daughter to the gate and then returning to the hotel to check out. It was a very stress free experience.

The woman at the front desk named Kendra was sooooo nice and helpful!! Such a sweetheart and I give her five stars!! My room was clean and well decorated!! Would definitely recommend this to a friend!
