This Hyatt is very clean, with a friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, parking is plentiful, and it has great views. The only downside is you have to pay for good internet speeds, and almost any programming on the TV requires payment.

I experienced top-notch service from the moment I got to the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, until I checked out. The hotel is well appointed and conveniently located in the DTC area. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The on-site Root 25 gastropub was great and the staff were fantastic.Thank you to all the staff of the Hotel for their great work. I look forward to staying at the Hyatt Regency in the DTC on my next business travel to the area.

Stayed for one night and unlikely to return. It tries too hard to be cool and hip and really it's just an older Hyatt with a lobby facelift and average rooms. Staff only okay, I wish check-in staff would stop trying to engage me in conversation about where I've come from, particularly when it's late and I just want the key. It also seemed to take an unusually long time to check out in the lobby because an hour after breakfast the restaurant still hadn't posted the breakfast bill. Checkout guy kept tying to (unsuccessfully) get the restaurant on the phone instead of just walking over. Also, buffet breakfast, while in a cool room could be the smallest food selection I've ever seen. I tried several times to simply get butter and jam but since it wasn't put out and wait staff too busy, never did see it. Style over substance, not what I want in a business hotel.

So sorry to hear your stay was less than fabulous here! That is not the Hyatt way at all and we truly appreciate your feedback. We hope to have another chance to prove ourselves to you in the future.

We had the miss fortune of staying at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center and we stuck in a room that was not only right by the elevators, but also right accross from the hotel employee service room. At 9:30pm the employees were slamming what sounded like metal carts around in the room as well as allowing doors to slam.
The elevator was a constant woosh... Woosh all night. The hotel was full so we unable to be moved. We requested ear plugs which were eventually brought to the room not that it helped since the head of the bed was against the same wall as the elevators.
Aside from the noise the hotel was clean and food decent.

**If anyone from the hotel reads this... You should consider rearanging the rooms that are located next to the elevators and putting the head board on the oposite wall! If there is an opportunity to add sound insulation to the elevator walls you would greatly improve the quality of stay of the unfortunate people who get stuck in the rooms by all of the elevators (mine isnt the only one!)

i would recommend this hotel ONLY if you are able to get a room far from the elevators and service rooms! Even with the AC turned OFF it was humming! The mini fridge had to be unplugged because it was too loud too! While they have earplugs... I reccomend bringing really good ones, even if you are a heavy sleeper as I am!

Room Tip: As far from elevators and any employee service rooms as possible!! Dont stay here unless they can assure you that you wont be near the elevators!!

Staying here several times for business meetings. Good location, restaurant and bar are good. Trouble with Front Desk on securing reservation for several nights longer. Finally gave up and went and logged on and booked on line for about $100/night cheaper! Thanks for the trouble.

Decent remodel, however bring earplugs or ask for them at the front desk, thin walls!

Room Tip: All I have stayed in are noisy.
