The room was good with good beds, but bathroom was very small and not really clean.
Staff was nice and helpfull;
I will just say good price for an average hotel which need a serious refreshment and cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel two years in a row for the Great American Beer Festival. It was definitely close enough to walk to the convention center, and close enough to stumble home from without getting lost. The staff was always friendly, and the rooms, although pretty small, were very clean. The breakfast was adequate, and the rates were very cheap, but really the best thing about this place is the location.

I booked and paid three months in adavance and got a very good rate .this is a nice hotel all the staff on the front desk where so friendly and helpfull ,as were the valet parking team. Breakfast was fine and the room was well presented ,as we were on the 19th floor we had good views across the city to the mountains.Its close to the shopping areas and eating places inDenver .The only downside we ate twice in the Ship Bar in Browns and the food was not that good ,i had to send one meal back twice as it was under cooked.I would stay there again.

The staff doesn't exactly "hussle." They told us that we would be able to check in early so our son could take a nap. Two and a half hours after normal check out, Brett at the front desk finally tells us that we can now check in. Very frustrating. The location is great but the rooms smell of smoke (we had a suite) and they are in need of being updated. For the price, I think you could do better.

We arrived late at night and the valet parking attendants were very efficient. We removed our cases and they then took the car away. Check in was very quick and no problems. Room was very nice with two double beds and nice bathroom and definately large enough for 3 adults. We went to bed straight away after travelling for about 23 hours.

We awoke early in the morning and decided to see what continental breakfast was like as we were all very hungry. I expected it to tide us over until we found a restaurant. Well what a surprise. It was excellent with eggs, bacon, potatoes as well as all the usual cereals, breads, cakes and muffins. You could eat as much as you like. No need to go and look for restaurant!

The hotel was spotless and the front desk staff very friendly. It location was superb. Only a short stroll away from 16th street mall. It was labor day when we were there and there was a huge street fayre which too was only a short walk away.

I have no hestitation in recommeding this hotel.
