“Good Hotel for business travels.”

The rooms are small, but the price is fair and they are clean. Also, there is a good breakfast for free. The location is excellent.

This hotel groups you all in one area to make it easier for the maid staff, which I understand, but if you are out on the town in downtown Denver (isn't that why many people stay here?)... DONT MAKE A SOUND!! They will stand outside your room and wait for you to be loud and then call the Denver PD to haul you away, take your belongings and charge you for the room!!! This hotel is running a scam with Denver CARES

There is no doubt that the Comfort Inn is value for money and is in a fantastic location.

We were in Denver for NYE and the Comfort Inn was significantly cheaper than all the other hotels in the downtown area.

It is basic but clean and comfortable. The rooms are a good size and having a bath was great given the well below freezing temperatures. The bed was only a double and not terribly comfortable but for the price it was perfectly adequate.

The included breakfast was ok but you would be better spending a bit of money to go across to the Browns Hotel for a proper feed - the quality of the food on offer at the Comfort was a bit lacking. That said their room service is provided by the kitchens at the Browns hotel and is absolutely fantastic.

The location is hard to beat - 1 block from the 16th street mall and walking distance (even in freezing conditions) to the museum district and civic centre.

All in all you get what you pay for, but for that price in that location, why would you complain.

I was very impressed with the Comfort Inn Downtown Denver. I was in town for a conference at the convention center. The hotel had quick access to the Convention Center and also the very nice 16th Street Mall. The room was also of high quality. I had a corner room on the 7th floor with a nice view of downtown. I didn't think the walls were thin like other people did. The breakfast was top notch!

The mattress in our first room sunk so low that my husband's hips were below his knees when he sat on it. They were nice about changing us to a different room but the new room mattress was so threadbare on the side that the metal cord was showing through and scratched me when I sat down.

The staff was ok but seemed a bit out of it. Everyone seemed confused about everything.

We moved our car from the $20/night hotel parking to a $5/night street lot.

We have backpacked through Europe and Australia, staying in hostels, so we are not high maintenance. The location is great but I would try to find somewhere else to stay in Denver.

Normally, I am a Hilton/Hampton Inn loyalist, but due to a full hotel, I decided to try the Comfort Inn Downtown. What a great surprise! Not only was it closer to my downtown destination, it was very nice. I had a corner room that looked out over the City. A nice big work desk and comfortable bed. My only complaint was that I could hear others nearby in the early am.
The breakfast was so-so, but at least there was something for us busy business travelers.

The downtown Denver Comfort Inn is conveniently located to many fun things to do. My friend and I walked to the Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field and enjoyed the easy access to the 16th Street Mall for lots of shopping and great dining. We never once used the rental car because everything we wanted to do was right there. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is courteous. The room had a wonderful downtown view, especially at night and the accommodations were luxurious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back soon.
