We went to this restaurant with high expectations and left with lesser memories. The food is not terrible, but not great. I felt the restaurant is merely surviving on its reputation and seems to be an event place rather than a serious place for good food. Our waiter had a level of pretension that was almost Monty Python-esque. Odd for a place that aims so high but hits so low. They would do better to simplify their food instead of crowding 20 sourced ingredients into every dish. The entire service staff needs to go to a waiter bootcamp.
