CME refused me service because I was traveling with an Emotional Support Animal. They asked inappropriate, probing questions about my symptoms and disability and after explaining to them that I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks, they proceeded to tell me that "anxiety and panic attacks don't count as a disability." INAPPROPRIATE, UNETHICAL, AMORAL, AND DISGUSTING response and values for a company. CME HAS A CHOICE - they CHOOSE to discriminate against people with psychiatric handicaps (anxiety disorder/panic attacks) and refuse to accommodate Emotional Support Animals by hiding behind antiquated ADA laws that don't recognize these handicaps. I WILL NEVER USE CME AGAIN, especially when there are other carriers like Peak 1 Express and Summit Express that are available for better prices and who recognize and respect the word disability in all of its forms.
