“Nice Business Hotel”

Usually stay at the Marriott Courtyard DIA but stayed at the Springhill Suites on last trip.
Nice property with clean & quite rooms. Good Wifi as well. Has a included breakfast which is nice. Tip walk down the road to the "Sporting News Bar & Grill" as the Ruby Tuesday's nextdoor is the worst food I have had in year! Good Italian nextdoor but rather high end for airport business hotel. Would stay again as great price to value.

Room Tip: Get a room to the west as on the east side you will hear road noise.

I have stayed many times at this property. Always pleasant staff, always clean and comfortable.
I am in Denver for business and can easily get most places from here. Best TV channel selection and reception.

Stayed here the night we arrived because it was near the airport and our flight got in late. Front desk guy was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were big enough and clean. Breakfast included that was pretty good. Payed under $100. Would stay here again.

Overall nice hotel close to DIA. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. The hotel was packed with skiers and there was not an empty seat for breakfast all morning. The items kept running out but the attendant worked very hard to keep up with the large crowd. He did his best and made a difference for us.

Checked in around 10:00 p.m. or a bit later after flying in from the East coast. Check in was quick and easy.
We went to our room, ate a very late dinner and were exhausted and ready for bed. We noticed that the air conditioner was on 78 degrees. We turned it down and hoped as we ate and went to bed that it would eventually cool our room. It never did. We could have tried to change rooms in the middle of the night or call them for a repair. Neither option was good. We suffered through with nobody sleeping much. I let the front desk know about the problem in the morning. I wanted a partial refund. I didn't want to pay the full amount for a room with a broken a/c. She said she couldn't do it but took my number and said the manager would call me about the issue. The manager never called. Very bad customer relations.

The other issue with the room was the the sleeper sofa bed was about the sleeper bed we had ever encountered. It definitely needed to be replaced.

Other than that, the room was o.k.

We would never stay here again. There are so many hotels in the area to choose from. Pick one with better customer service.

Hotel is newer and in great condition. Check in was fine and the breakfast was well stocked and fresh. A few restaurants are within walking distance. The airport shuttle was reliable and on schedule, with the drive to the airport only 15 minutes.

The only negative item for me was the size of the pool. One of the reasons I booked was because it listed an indoor pool, but it was slightly bigger than a hot tub. To me the pool looked to be about 15 feet by 10 feet.

This is a newer hotel and a good location close to the airport near several other hotels and a few restaurants. We like the brand. It is generally reliable. However, this hotel felt understaffed.

I like to say something nice about each place we stay and I can say the bar was a really nice touch after we just landed from an eight hour flight. The front desk was friendly but you had to always call out for them to come out from the back. When we sat at the bar we saw a few people come in and stand around for several minutes and we told them they had to make noise to get attention. A camera might be a good idea if the hotel is slow and you want to sit in the back. The breakfast bar was a mess. The pool lacked towels and the two treadmills weren't working properly.

We would stay here again, but management needs to read this and get a grip.

Room Tip: Make a lot of noise so they come out to greet you.
