I went to breakfast on Saturday morning around 8 o'clock and had to wait 15 minutes as this is one of the primary breakfast hot spots in Denver. The restaurant is not terribly big but did not get so noisy that it was impossible to hear the conversation going on amongst the members of my group. Our server was very nice and relayed the flexibility of the restaurant menu to us immediately. I was able to mix and match my entire breakfast between two different types of eggs benedict and pancakes. The eggs benedict were of good quality as was the pancake. I must however note that 1 of the eggs benedict that I received had a over hard egg yolk. I wasn't terribly upset but it's just a matter of noting as far as the execution is concerned. The orange juice that I ordered was nothing out of the ordinary and was on par with Tropicana’s offering in the stores. Overall this restaurant offers great value, good food, and a unique experience for breakfast in Denver.
